Administrative history
The Practicum Office in the Faculty of Education exists to faciltate the provision of specific course learnings that are integrated and reformulated into the attitudes, behaviours, and skills which directly pertain to effective teaching practice. It is to this translation of academic components into a mode of professional actions that the practicum is addressed. In a university, practice cannot be divorced from knowing what and how to practice. There can be no mutual exclusion among the parts of the teacher education program.
