General note

Consists of George Coote's Prosperity Certificate, issued to him by the Social Credit Government of Alberta, plus a copy of "An Act respecting Prosperity Certificates". The certificates were intended to be exchanged for goods and services, but were disallowed by the Supreme Court of Canada as being outside provincial jurisdiction. The certificates were later referred to as "funny money".
